With a career rooted in translating emerging technology into mission-critical capabilities, Evan is responsible for steering the company’s pivot toward Post-Quantum C2, Kinetic Engagement & Multi-trigger Sensor System (KE-MTS), high-velocity R&D-as-a-Service models, and autonomous systems.
Throughout his career in the defense sector, Evan has specialized in building agile corporate structures designed to rapidly prototype, test, and deploy advanced engineering solutions. Bringing a multi-faceted background across theater-level military communications management, federal civilian service, law enforcement, and private-sector defense firms, Anthony focuses on transforming cutting-edge technology into practical, high-resilience operational frameworks.
In addition to his leadership at URSA Ops, Anthony serves as the Chief of Current Operations for the 7th Signal Command (Theater), overseeing the real-time execution and resilience of mission-critical communication networks.
At URSA Ops, he leverages this high-tempo operational perspective to optimize the delivery architecture of the company’s R&D-as-a-Service initiatives and operationalize complex multi-threat systems, ensuring product development pipelines align perfectly with strict defense-adjacent regulations and real-world tactical deployment logistics.
